Biography

Aged 32, Olivier is a Mauritian boxer who made his pro debut in 2023. He has amassed an impressive range of notable mentions in the boxing field as from a young age. Some of his achievements are as follows:
Olivier formed part of the Mauritian Boxing Team as from 2006 to 2009 in the Junior category while he was part of the Elite category from 2009- 2022.
Furthermore, he won the silver medal at Maurice Champion (2008, 2009 and 2010) and went on to become vice champion in 2011.

In that same year, he also won the bronze medal at JIOI in Seychelles while in 2015, he won the silver medal in Reunion. Finally, in 2019, he won the Gold medal.
In 2013, Olivier was crowned Champion Maurice again in the quarter finals of the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow. The following year, he bagged the title of Vice Champion for the same.
Olivier won his pro debut match against James Nyariki Obui by unanimous decision after 4 rounds in Kenyatta International Conference Centre, Nairobi.
In 2022, Rudy’s Sports Firm, a professional sports management firm based in Mauritius, signed Olivier as a professional boxer.
